The Destined One’s journey to The West inBlack Myth: Wukongis not a small feat, and all the paths required are full of sturdy enemies that may cause enormous troubles for them. For ease, the Destined One carries multiple items to make the journey convenient.
The Healing Gourd is one of those legendary items that enables the Destined One to restore their vitality. As their journey continues, the maximum vitality grows and it may require multiple uses of the healing gourd. With the help of Luojia Fragrant vines, you can upgrade the healing gourd to increase its uses.
All Luojia Fragrant Vine Locations
A total of fifteenFragrant Vines are present in the game for the Destined One to discover. Twelve of these Luojia Fragrant Vinescan be located through foraging, and the remaining ones can be purchased fromShen Monkey’s shopnear the Marsh of The White Mist Keeper’s Shrine.
How To Find
Black Wind Mountain, Marsh of The White Mist
Start from the Marsh of The White Mist Keeper Shrine in the Bamboo grove, andturn left from the Keeper Shrineto spot a pathway on a nook. There, you will spot the Luojia Fragrant Vine hanging on a tree.
Yellow Wind Ridge, Windrest Hamlet
From the Windrest Hamlet Keeper Shrine,make a U-turn and head down the cliff. Stick left, and once the pathway ends, you will spot a giant greyish tree from where the Fragrant Vine hangs.
Yellow Wind Ridge, Windseal Gate
The Luojia Fragrant Vine is locked behind the Windseal Gate Keeper Shrine, which is only accessible through the giant gate in the Rat Prince and King boss arena.
Once unlocked, teleport to the Keeper Shrine andascend the path upwards. Turn left, and in themiddle of three turnslies the grey tree that holds the Fragrant Vine.
The New West, Outside The Wheel
Beginning from the Outside The Wheel Keeper Shrine, climb the staircase and enter a vast cave. Inside the cave, there’s a shallow pool with huge rocks, and you can find the Luojia Fragrant Vineon the left side.
The New West, North Shore of The Bitter Lake
On the North Shore of the Bitter Lake, follow the left path from the shore thatleads to a giant dragon skeleton. Follow the skeleton to the end until you reach a set of staircases and stick left.
Once at the mid-point, you will find a path on your left that connects with the main road where Luojia Fragrant Vine can be located.
The New West, Longevity Road
From the Longevity Road Keeper Shrine,enter the temple’s ground, where multiple frozen monks rest.Take the path on your leftand follow it, continuing through the second staircase set and another temple door.
Once you reach a vast area with another set of touch-winged enemies, you can locate the Luojia Fragrant Vine there.
The Webbed Hollow, Verdue Bridge
From the Verdue Bridge Keeper Shrine,cross a green broken bridge and turn left. There, follow the path until you reach a broken bridge, and jump down to your right. Continue progressing forward andstick left to reach a pathwaythat leads to a small village.
Right at the center, you will find the tree that holds the Fragrant Vine.
The Webbed Hollow, Cliff of Oblivion
Start with Cliff of Oblivion Keeper Shrine, and move past the steephallway to reach Buddha’s Right Hand’s corpse. Descend from it’s body, and turn right. From there, follow the path until you see a bridge to your left, and make a descent. You will spot a giant bridge nearby, andwalk forward until you escape the cave into a forest.
Once outside, you will spot the Fragrant Vine before you in the ground.
The Webbed Hollow, Mountain Trail
From the Mountain Trail Keeper Shrine,simply move forwardand you will locate the Fragrant Vine placed conveniently nearby.
Purple Cloud Mountain, Valley of Blooms
In the secret Purple Cloud Mountain area, start from the Valley of Blooms Keeper Shrine. Justacross the shallow river, the tree that holds the Fragrant Vine rests.
Flaming Mountains, Height of Ember
Starting from the Height of Ember Keeper Shrine,move forward and continue on the path to your left. Keep moving until you reach a path that descends from the cliff and has a small temple gate.
After crossing the temple gate,follow the cliff on your right, and at the end the Fragrant Vine awaits you.
Flaming Mountains, Ashen Pass III
The final Fragrant Vine is located near the Ashen Pass III’s Keeper Shrine.Make a U-turn and continue on the congested path. Stick to your right and after you reach a middle point,turn right to descend the mountains further.
From there, stick left and you will be able to locate the Fragrant Vine.
