We’re heading in deep in this week’sMonopoly Gocenter screen event! Join Mr. Monopoly as he spelunks his way toward gems galore, collecting flashlight pickup tokens for the event fromOctober 2 at 9AM ESTuntilOctober 4 at 11AM EST.
Along the way through all the milestone rewards for Cavern Quest this week, you’ll uncover plenty of free pickaxes forthe Crystal Treasures dig eventthat began at the same time as Cavern Quest. There are almost 200 free Crystal Treasures pickaxes as rewards in Cavern Quest, so if you’ve got the dice, it’s time to get rolling!
How To Play Cavern Quest
Keep your eyes peeled for thepickup tokensdotted around your current Monopoly Go game boards, since these are how you’ll earn points for the current center screen event, Cavern Quest! You’re looking forcircular tokens with a flashlighton them, which ought to be pretty easy to spot as you roll around your board.
If you land on one of the pickup tokens for Cavern Quest after using ahigher dice roll multiplier, you’ll earn that number of points toward your Cavern Quest total! It’s trickier to aim for these pickups than it is Railroads, but six, seven, and eight are some of the most common dice rolls in Monopoly, so plan accordingly.
Since we also just kicked off the Crystal Treasures event, too, it’s no surprise that plenty of the prizes in Cavern Quest arefree pickaxes for Crystal Treasures. Of the50 total milestonesin the event, you’ll have13 milestones with pickaxes for prizes. This totals up to almost 200 free pickaxes, so if you’re trying to participate in this dig event, you’d be wise to play along with Cavern Quest as well.
You don’t often get pickaxes as rewardsinthe Crystal Treasures event - they’re pretty sporadic - so your best bet to earn enough pickaxe tokens to complete the event is to diligentlyplay the daily tournamentsand events until you’ve completed Crystal Treasures!
