Summary
Withcommunity add-ons finally available on console, even moreBaldur’s Gate 3players are enjoying the perks of theParty Limit Begonemod.
It does exactly what it says on the tin —gets rid of the four person party limit. You can now bringeveryonein your camp with you as you adventure throughout the Sword Coast, and they’ll even help you out in combat. The console equivalent, Adjustable Party Limit, does the same, although you can’t long rest if you have more than three companions.
Of course, it trivialises most fights and makes Tactician a cakewalk, but it’s an incredible tool for subsequent playthroughs if you want to unfold everyone’s stories without fiddling around at camp.
Fans Are Ecstatic To Have The Mod On Console
One of the top posts on the game’s subreddit at the time of writing is simply titled, “The party limit mod is amazing”. With over 2,000 upvotes, the OP says that it “feels so cool to run around with every companion”, able to hear all of the dialogue and interactions that they’d otherwise miss.
You even get approval and disapproval points for everyone.
Baldur’s Gate 3 is designed for a party of four, and having so many more people in a fight means you can easily overpower the hardest of enemies. That being said, modders are working to tweak the difficulty so that the game feels more balanced with a bigger group.
