There are seven weapons in Throne and Liberty, which meansthere are six other weapons you’re able to pair with daggers. However, this doesn’t mean each pairing synergizes well with daggers. While most weapons actually pair very well with daggers, there are a couple that fall behind the pack.

Crossbow
The go-to assassination damaging build. Dagger skills debuff the target and aid in mobility while the crossbow skills tear the enemy down with heavy and quick damage.
Staff
With focus on ranged damage while using the staff as your primary weapon and the dagger as your offhand, you rely on the dagger’s passive prowess and high mobility to enhance your staff damage and gameplay.

Greatsword
When daggers are paired with greatswords, the greatsword will take priority as your main hand weapon you will use for auto attacks. Similar to the staff builds, the dagger assists the greatsword by buffing up with poisons and offering high mobility to dodge and avoid incoming damage.
Longbow
Longbow is better paired with a crossbow, but when used in the main hand with a dagger in the offhand, it is still a very strong combination. As most of the entries so far, the dagger in the offhand just complements the other high-damaging weapons so well that these are all fantastic options.

Wand
With the wand in the mainhand and dagger in the offhand, the combination performs well in PvP or when AoE farming. This could be a good combination to farm materials in the open world, but when it comes to dungeons and boss fights, other combinations just simply output more burst and sustain damage to less enemies to help execute them.
Sword and Shield
Both the dagger and the sword and shield are on the lower end of damage output on their own. The dagger excels at boosting other weapons to multiply their damage output, but with the sword also being a low damaging weapon, it fails to keep up with other options. For tanks, there are other much better combinations with the sword. For PvP, if you are looking to be a frontline soldier, this combination excels.
Stat Priorities
The main stat you want to focus on with daggers isDexterity.
Your next most important stat should then match up with the other weapon you are using. For a crossbow you will wantPerception, and for a staff you will wantWisdom. After these, you may focus onStrength.

The best dagger skills to level first will be very reliant on which weapon combination you choose. In general, you will want to level whichever dagger skills best compliment your other weapon.

You will focus more on upgrading and leveling the ranged weapon’s skills and utilizing those on your bars while picking up different dagger skills such asFatal Stigma.
