An important part of the gameplay cycle inAmber Isleis crafting cute, useful, and, most crucially, saleable objects to sell to your customers. You can create a truly massive range of items, from feats of carpentry to the most delectable dishes known to Paleokind. Of course, you’ll have to learn how to create those things.
Inspiration is the key resource to this, among other things. Not only do you require Inspiration to unlock new crafting recipes, but you also (for some reason) need it to unlock new regions of the island to explore. It’s important, and you’ll need to learn how to amass it.

Quests
Many of thequestsyou can complete for your fellow islanders will reward you with an amount of Inspiration, often not very much. But it all adds up!
Goals
This is the main way to get Inspiration at the beginning of the game -completing your goals, which will happen mostly through regular gameplay, will give you small to large bonuses in Inspiration.
Shopkeeping
Whenever yousuccessfully help a customer with a query, whether it’s through haggling, recommending an item, buying something from them, or completing a custom order, you’ll get some Inspiration.
At the beginning of the game you’ll only get small amounts of Inspiration from these encounters. Later, though, once you have friendship bonuses and high-quality items, you can acquirehundreds if not thousands of Inspirationpoints per dayspent working at the shop.
Best Ways To Get Inspiration
By far the best way to get a lot of Inspiration is by dedicating a lot of time and effort to theshopkeepingportion of Amber Isle’s gameplay. After unlocking some valuable items and upgrading your shop so it can handle lots of customers, a typical shift will earn you plenty of Inspiration.
Key to this is making sure that you’re going forsuccessfulinteractions with customers, rather than focusing on haggling for the best price points. Consistentlyletting customers buy items for a little less than the recommended price pointwill get you easier sales (and bonus friendship points to boot!).
