If there is one thing thatTreyarchexcels at,besides bombastic campaigns, it’s the Zombies mode. After all, the fan favorite mode originated with them, and despite numerous iterations, nothing quite hits like a Treyarch Zombies experience.
Because as much as the mode is about having fun with friends whilst mowing down hordes of zombies, it has a legitimate storyline. And that storyline is actually really well done. It’s well worth experiencing, and as it turns out,a guided mode is coming to Zombies so that players can experience it without any added overwhelming stress.

Time Travel Is Always In Vogue
As first spotted on Twitter by a Call of Duty fan account, it certainly sounds like the Project Janus team is working on time travel of some sort. Via a piece of audio in the Zombie Intel menu, Dr. Moline is heard confessing that Director Richtofen is “obsessed with using Aetherium” to “disrupt spacetime.”
Moline adds that Richtofen was willing to risk everything for what he was after. What it is that he’s after most certainly sounds like his family, which is dead. Of course, nothing good can come with messing with the spacetime continuum, and certainly more will come back with him if he is successful.
There is no doubt that the Zombies experience will grow in the coming months, which will seemingly provide the resolution to what exactly is being plotted. But with the game having just launched, we might have to wait a bit.
