Where there are online games, there will be cheaters. It’s just a fact of life, and we have to get used to it. However, what’s still surprising is how fast these mods and tool creators put out these cheating tools.Dragon Ball: Sparking Zerois barely four days old and there’s already cheating software for it.

As spotted byJoking BR, who later posted it to Reddit, a player they were facing off against in ranked online mode seemingly had the ability to instantly gain enough Ki to spam their super attack.

Cheating Mods For Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero Are Already Out There

As you can see in the video, OP’s Gogeta desperately tries to charge up some Ki for the fight against Kefla in a ranked match. However, every time they stop to charge up, they are spammed by their opponent’s super attack, Gigantic Ray.

Considering that the Gigantic Ray requires one bar of Ki, and your opponent’s Ki is visible on-screen, it’s evident from the video that Kefla’s Ki recharges every time the player uses a Super – clearly a cheating software of some kind.

From the comments on the Reddit post, we can see that other players are aware of this software –a simple mod from Nexus Modsthat makes all special moves and blasts cost zero Ki.

“This mod makes Blast, Ultimate Blast and Z Burst Dash have no Ki cost and skills costing 1, 3 and 4 cost 0,” reads the description of the mod.

Unsurprisingly, Sparking Zero players are frustrated not only at the people using these mods, but also the creators.

Sparking Zero Players Hate Users And Creators Of Cheating Software

Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero players wasted no time in letting their opinions on this kind of cheating software be known.

“Report this mod to the Nexus website, because it works for online multiplayer it is against their rules and it needs to [be] taken down asap for the sake of the game’s community,” said one comment on the Reddit post. “It amazes me how people will come up with ways to cheat like how sad can you possibly be,” said another clearly frustrated player.

The comments even reached the mod’s own page, with over 60 posts asking the creator to take down the mod as it goes against the game’s rules. The creator insists that the mod does not work online, but from the above video and the sheer number of comments, it seems like it does.
