A new area has been added toPokemon Sleepand, as is now customary, there is an event debuting not only the location but three new Pokemon evolution lines as well. Starting on October 7 and running until October 21, players will be able to research Aron, Shinx, and Grubbin on both Greengrass Isle and the Old Gold Power Plant.
This guide will cover everything you need to know, from the details of the three new Pokemon, the special missions for both weeks, as well as the bundles and what to expect in them. So put your sleeping cap on and chow down on everything this event has to offer.
Old Gold Power Plant Event Information
First things first, the Old Gold Power Plant is a location thatplayers can unlock once they haveresearched 340 Pokemon sleep styles. This event takes into consideration that not everyone is there, research-wise, but that they don’t want to miss out on seeing and befriending new Pokemon.
So, for the two-week duration,you’re able to venture toeither Greengrass Isle or the Old Gold Power Plantand have a shot at seeingAron, Shinx, and Grubbin. After the event, you will only be able to see thesethree Pokemon and their evolutionsat the Old Gold Power Plant.
Each of these Pokemon hasan incense you can unlock and use. They will cease working on Greengrass Isle afterOctober 30.
Other events in the past have had several bonuses apply to various parts of the game, such as cooking or Pokemon experience gained. This time there isonly one major bonusand that is that Aron, Shinx, and Grubbin will bemore likely to appear.
By extension, that meansPokemon with different sleep styles will appear, no matter what your sleep style was for the night. There is also an increased chance ofseeing a shiny Pokemon, so keep your eyes peeled.
It’s recommended thatif you havethe Old Gold Power Plant unlocked, you camp there. This will give you the best chance of meeting and researching the new Pokemon lines.

Currently, the above Pokemon arethe only ones with the ability to find Rousing Coffee Beansnaturally. However, once you have the beans unlocked, any Pokemon with theIngredient Magnet main skillcan potentially spawn some.
Week One Missions
Week One of the debut event runs fromOctober 7 to October 14and, in addition to the standard weekly missions, it will have six missions that will give yourewards focused on the eventitself, includingincense for the new Pokemon.

Week Two Missions
Week Two will start immediately after the first oneon October 14 and run until October 21. This will bethe last weekthat you will be able to see Aron, Shinx, Grubbin, and their evolutions on Greengrass Isle withoutthe use of incense.
Instead of focusing on giving you incense as a reward, the name of the gameis candies for each of the new arrivals.

Event Bundles
There isonlyone set of bundlesfor this event, even though other two-week events in the past have swapped up what you can purchase each week. However, sincethe focus of the event doesn’t change, it’s understandable.
There aresizes S, M, and Land they cost250 diamonds, 1,200 diamonds, and 3,000 diamondsrespectively. And diamonds, while they can be gained slowly in-game, are the currency you can purchase through microtransactions.
