Once you have unlocked the Magic Shop and Shuffling Sheep inFarmagiaby progressing through the story, you can start picking up various quests. These reward you heavily, so make sure to complete a lot of them. Sometimes you will also find some Limited quests such as Dentro’s Trials.
The Limited Quests are more challenging to complete than regular quests, but you also get good rewards for completing them. Dentro is a wise man, and by completing the trials he designed for you, he will recognize you as an excellent Farmagia. You need to beat the boss he requested by venturing through the Sundown Forest: Zone 1 for his first trial.
Recommended Battle Preparations
The fact that you can only use a limited type of Battle Buddies to complete Dentro’s Trials makes them much harder, so for your first quest you can only use the Arkies available at the Ranch. You need tolevel them up to at least 11,especially if you are playingon hard difficulty settings. Make sure you also grow a lot of Arkies at your farm to deploy them in battle.
Arkies are Long-Range Attackers and are great at combo attacks; make sure to acquire Fairy Skills that will make them more efficient in combat. You should also focus onincreasing your critical attack stats. Using the Black Fairy tocall more Arkies from your ranchwill also help you if you are short-handed.

Your damage might be underwhelming, so increase your Fusion damage to beat enemies quickly.

It requires you to increase your combo rank to S, but you get a substantial damage boost.

Your Blitz Gauge will charge faster with combos and you will deal more damage.

Make your combo rank A to get a critical damage boost.

Continuous torrent of attacks deal more damage.
Grow some Research Buddies to get powerful United Forms for your Arkie. The most suitable one for this dungeon isWind Arkie.However, if you put in some investment and level up your Arkies more, you can alsoequip the Hippogriff.
Enemies Encountered During Dentro’s First Trial
To complete the trial, venture through theSundown Forest: Zone 1, till you descend to the boss floor to defeat the requested Forest Knight. On your way, you will come across some powerful enemies that you may only beatusing your Arkies.
You can also try doing someMonster Nests if you have enough timebefore the boss battle. If you have enough Fairy skills, you can also takeThe Neural Road to Item Vines instead of Fairy Densand obtain some great loot.
Try to focus on one enemy at a time to avoid damage received, as you may at least kill one of them before facing off the other.
Rock Golem
A tough enemy who will hit you with unblockable attacks, which you can block by Unite Counters.
Spottie
These are mobs who will attack you while they are teamed up, their attacks are light and can be easily blocked.
Tripiliar
A weak enemy that you will find roaming with a group, they aren’t a threat and can be killed within a few attacks.
Muck Karkinos
A very formidable enemy with a lot of HP. It is known for its long-range attacks which you can avoid by getting away from the projected zone.
How To Beat Forest Knight
As you only have Arkies for this battle, you only have to resort tolong-range combat for the battleagainst the Forest Knight. Luckily itdoesn’t make any unblockable attacks, so it’s much easier to beat as long as you are careful enough to not get your Buddies killed.
It willslam its tail on the groundto do an attack which covers alarge range on the ground. Often it might crush the ground on asmaller radius. Both of these attacks can bedefended with Perfect Guard.
You should also be wary of itscircular projected attacks where the Forest Knight attacks with wind. you’re able to either Guard against it or move away from the projection. It might sometimes alsothrow three wind projectiles on you, which you canPerfect Guardbefore they land on you.
Rewards For Completing Dentro’s First Trial
Once you have successfully defeated the boss, it’s time tohead back to Shuffling Sheep and choose the Quest option. you may select the quest to report it and claim your well-deserved rewards.
