How To Beat Killer Twins And Red Sigil
The biggest thing you’ll need to worry about during the battle with Killer Twins and Red Sigil is thatKiller Twins will consistently attempt to hit you with status ailments, which can be quite a thorn in your side in terms of battle strategy if your teammates refuse to act the way you’d like them to. The ailments you’re up against specifically arePoison and Distress, which sap your life after every turn and make it possible that teammate will run away from battle, respectively.
Because of this, though Killer Twins is the primary boss Shadow here,Killer Twins acts like a support Shadow, consistently inflicting ailments instead of dealing outright damage (unless Virus Breath hits). It’s hoping to play mind games with your team while Red Sigil handles their damage-dealing offense, so it’s not a bad idea totake out Red Sigil firstto avoid taking too much damage before dealing much yourself, especially if you have a teammate weak to electric or wind here.
This is why we suggested bringing Yukari, since she’ll have the ability tocure status ailments as soon as possible, since every turn your team spends afflicted is a turn you risk not dealing damage (and potentially taking some lethal damage yourselves) is a turn wasted. Not only that, but both Shadows take normal damage from Wind magic, so if Yukari isn’t healing on her turn, she can still do some damage to the pair of boss Shadows.
In general, it’s wise todelegate one teammate as your healerduring the battle and leave the other three to focus on offense to take out the Shadows before they deal too much damage. We left Yukari to heal while Aigis, Metis, and Koromaru hit the enemies offensively.
