Throne and Libertyis finally officially out for everyone to dive into, making its massive world feel more alive than ever before. And, while most quests and side quests are relatively straightforward, some will require you to wait for specific Dynamic Events to complete them, which can lead to some confusion.

This brings us to the Return of the Age of the Wolves side quest, which requires you to partake in the Wolf Hunting Contest Dynamic Event, gather many Wolf Tails, and deliver them to Delivery Sites to complete. While not a complicated task to carry out, if you aren’t aware of Dynamic Events or how to access them, you may be struggling to start it.

How To Complete Return Of The Age Of The Wolves In Throne And Liberty

There arethree objectivesyou must tackle during theWolf Hunting Contest Dynamic Eventin order to complete the Return of the Age of the Wolves side quest in Throne and Liberty. If you’reat the event the moment it starts, you should be able to tackle them allwith ease.

Please note that youshould be around Levels 8-11before attempting this quest. You willlikely be around this level, or even over it, by the time you reach the Blackhowl Plains, but double-check andensure you’re preparedbefore diving into it headfirst!

Possess 30 Tails/Deliver Tails At A Delivery Site

Now that you know how to access the Wolf Hunting Contest, wait for the event to begin and then start hunting yourself some wolves. This will be a bit tricky at first, as there willlikely be TONS of other players attempting to do the samething.Be patient and just search the areas for wolvesthat aren’t being attacked.

Defeating a wolf will grant you two tails, sometimes more depending on the type and levelof the wolf, but you will generally receive two for the most part. Before you bank your collectionfor the first time, wehighly recommend obtaining 30 Wolf Tails first,as you canget that objective over and done with and then turn them into the Delivery Site to knock the first objective out.Killing two birds with one stone, so to speak.

If you’rehaving trouble finding wolves to defeat, try heading to the other Delivery Sitesand look around those areas.Wolves will be constantly spawningin, sotake your time and don’t panic. You will have20 Minutes to complete these objectives, giving you all the time in the world to obtain as many Wolf Tails as you need.

Please note you must possess 30 Wolf Tails at once, meaning this is not accumulative. So, before cashing in any Wolf Tails to the Delivery Sites, collect 30 Wolf Tails to get the most challenging objective out of the way first, then turn them in to complete the first objective!

Last Delivery Site

Afterquickly knocking out the first two objectives, your last one will be todeliver Wolf Tails to the Last Delivery Site.To complete this objective, you mustwait until two of the three sites close;then, you mustmake your way to the last one and turn in at least one Wolf Tail.

Essentially, this means you must see the event through to the end, as thefirst Site will close with roughly nine minutes leftin the event. Thesecond Site will then close with around four minutes lefton the clock, so you musthustle to the last remaining Siteif you’re far away.

Again, youonly need to turn at least one Wolf Tail in at the Last Delivery Site,so you don’t have to worry too much about defeating tons more wolves to complete it. Uponturning in the Wolf Tail to the only remaining Site, you willcomplete the Return of the Age of the Wolves side quest!

Performance Reward

The Performance Reward will vary depending on how many Wolf Tails you’ve gathered and turned in at Delivery Stations throughout the Wolf Hunting Contest Dynamic Event. While it will always be Tasty Food Selection Chests, Sollant, and Activity Points, the amount you receive varies depending on how well you did overall!
