During your time playingDragon Age: The Veilguard, you’ll encounter multiple quests that allow you to earn rewards, acquire new equipment, and explore new areas within the game. Each region you explore will feature a set number of characters who require your assistance in completing their quests.
As you progress further into the main story, more quests will become available in all the regions you’ve explored. For example, The Snake Nest Deal is a side quest located in Dock Town during the Signs and Portents main quest. This quest will require you to track down a man called Atticus and this guide will give you a complete walkthrough of this quest.
Investigate The Area
After you pick up the quest, you will need tomake your way to the Snake Nest, located east of the quest giver. In this bar, you mustinvestigate the areato find clues about Atticus.
Start byinteracting with the book at the edge of the table, thenspeak to the bartenderfor any clues.
This is not enough, as you need to investigate further, which is the next step.
Head outside from the bar andgo to the ladder there, where you will see a blood trail.Follow it up to the room upstairs.
Just to the left of the bed,on the table, you will findan item that you can interact with, which will provide a clue about what’s going on.
With this new information,head back to the bartender and speak to her.
Investigate The Storage
The bartender willgive you access to the Storage Room, located just near the ladder you used. Open the door and make your way inside.
Once inside,interact with the book on the right shelfto reveal a secret room. Here, you will find a lever that you can interact with to open the door leading to the elevator for further investigation in the storage.
Use the elevator to go down, then drop down again.Turn around and attack the wooden barrier to revealthe path.
After that, follow the path until you reacha room where a ritual has taken place.
Before proceeding more, ensure topick up the Linus Key, which is on the left side near an open book.
With this key, open the door behind the rocks, and inside, you will finda cage with a body inside. Open the cage andinteract with itto gather more information about what has been happening here.
Once that’s done, attack the wooden barrier andbash the wooden stick to create a bridge, but before you cross, be sure topick up one of the keystones nearby.
Use it to unlock the door after crossing the bridge, revealing a portal, butdon’t go through yet.
Make your way back topick up the second keystone, then use the portal, which will take you to the start of the storage area, where you will see a spot where you can place it to reveal a bridge.
Complete The Quest
Now, simplymake your way back to Sabrinaand interact with her to tell her what happened.
