How To Defeat Isabela Keyes

Before we get into her moves and general strategy, let’s go over what youshould pick up before entering her arena.First things first, we recommend grabbing theSubmachine GuninParadise Plaza.This is found byclimbing on top of the awning above Shoekin’s.

While inParadise Plaza,head toColombian Roastmastersand pick uptwo to three things of Orange Juice.From there, head to theAl Fresca Plazaand grab asecond Submachine Gunfrom thewater fountain.You likely won’t need the second SMG, but you should grab it just in case something goes awry. With these items in your inventory, it’s time for battle!

Isabela’s Moves

At thestartof the encounter,Isabela will idly sit on her motorcyclefor a brief period, allowing you toget a few cheap shots in.After this, she willgun it toward you,forcing you totime a roll to either side to evade taking damage.Next, she will likelypull out her Handgun and attempt to shoot at you,allowing you toland even more shots on herwith your SMG.

From here, werecommend heading to the scaffolding in the center of the arenaandpositioning yourself on the floor in the middle of itso you’re completely surrounded by the structure. Upon doing this,Isabela will get sort of confusedandperiodically drive around before coming to a complete stop.

When she stops,you canaim through the poles of the scaffolding and unload on her with your Submachine Gun,completely obliterating her health in seconds. You canlikely defeat her with one SMG,but if youmiss some shots and can’t do it,that is where the second one we told you to pick up comes into play.

None of the nearby zombies will bother youhere, either. It’s essentially a tiny safe haven in the boss arena that allows you to quickly gun her down and defeat her. Isn’t that great?! Furthermore, thisprevents her from using the ramps, and she can’t even shoot you here,so take advantage of this god spot to take her down swiftly!

Rewards For Defeating Isabela

Youwon’t get any cool weapons or access to a secret exitfor defeating Isabela, but youwill gain access to a motorcyclethat willpermanently spawn in front of the Supermarketfrom this point onward.

Again, it’scrucial you finish this Scoop on time,as it willunlockthe ‘A Promise To Isabela’Scoop,which willfurther progress the central storyof the game. Youmust complete all Story Scoopsto unlock the game’s ‘Overtime Mode.’

Isabela also won’t count toward the Punisher Trophy/Achievement, so you must seek out ten other Psychopaths within the 72-Hour Mode if you want to obtain that!
