Jabul Waters and Seesyde Village are not except from danger. The gentle waves will occasionally experience a threatening monster taking up residence, and it’s up to you to take them out. Here’s how to find and defeat the giant jellyfish hiding in a shipwreck offshore!

Where To Find The Shipwreck

Once you progress further with the main story, you canreturn to Jabul Watersand find a fisherman standing on a boat. Speak with him to learn thata large jellyfish monster has taken up residencewithin an old shipwreck.

Be ready to fight as you swim towards the shipwreck, as there aremonsters in the water.

Head southwest from the docksto find the shipwreck. Use your echoes to reach the deck, thenbind Tri to the hull and pull itapart so you may enter the ship and start searching for the monster.

Exploring The Shipwreck

Inside the ship, you’ll need tofight off monsterswhile making your way further below deck.Bind Tri to the boxes or smash themalong the northern wall touncover a staircase.

Below deck, there’s lots of flooding and many more monsters for you to eliminate. Thankfully, you’re able to rush past them and avoid combat altogether toreach the passage in the southwest corner.

In the next area, you canopen a treasure chest up on a shelf, but the way forward is througha hole in the floor. Dive down and navigate your waythrough the watery ruinsto reach the next portion of the ship.

It’s dark here, so consider usinga smoothie with the glow effect!

The next room is filled with beds, which you can use toclimb over the wallto the southwest. Here, use your echoes to create a platform to stand on while you bind Tri to the statue beyond the bars.

Drop the statue down on the buttonto the right and enter the next room. Inside are many monsters and a Poe. Head up the stairs toreach the last safe areabefore facing the giant jellyfish monster.

It’s best torush past the monsters hereas they can all easily overwhelm you.

How To Defeat The Giant Electric Jellyfish Swarm

When you’re ready,go through the door on the leftto reach the giant jellyfish. It’selectrifying all the smaller jelliesaround it. You won’t be able to touch the boss directly, and you’ll have todefeat all the smaller jellyfish first.

Summon echoes you can throw at the monsters orBoomerang Boarblins with ranged attacks. They can deal damage without getting too close, allowing you towhittle down the huge jellyfish’s healthonce the smaller ones are dealt with.

After the little ones are gone,the giant jelly will collapse, giving you precious moments toget up close and use swordfighter form.

The giant jellyfish will summon reinforcements after its health dips too low, and you’ll have torinse and repeat the above stepsto defeat it. Once the monster is slain, it willleave behind plenty of rupees and a piece of heartfor you to collect.

A portal will open up andreturn you to the first floorbelow deck.Head back to the fishermanto tell him the good news about the monster. You’llreceive a fairy bottleas a reward for all your trouble!
