Farmagiahas a lot more tough bosses than you might expect, and the Sunlit Demibeast is one of them. You will encounter it in the Sunlit Wooden Path Maze, after descending to the boss floor. Make sure to make use of your long-range attacks and Arkies to take it down.

It is helpful in this boss fight, as it is a harder one and you might need to revive to give the battle another try.
Elemental Guidance
Fill up your Fusion Gauge faster with this skill, as you don’t want to stall the battle for too long.
Fleet-Footed
Moving faster during this boss battle will help you get out of the range of the attacks.
It will increase the combo damage done by your Buddies.
Demon Mantis Flash
Your critical rate becomes higher if you have a combo rank B or above.
You should alsochange your United Forms to increase the strength of your Battle Buddies,and to use more powerful Blitz Attacks. There are a few good research buddy seeds you can obtain from the early-game mazes, which you can grow three times to get powerful forms. It’s recommended that you equip theForest Harpy for Fangs and Salababe for Arkies.
How To Defeat Sunlit Demi-Beast
The Sunlit Demibeast is much harder to beat, considering you need totrigger a lot of Unite Countersduring the fight. Its unblockable attacks are quick, and you’ll need to be swift in defending yourself when you see that ominous red light. The bossuses a giant spear to attack, which means that you shouldbe wary of its long-range attacks.
For the most part, you willbe relying on Arkies to assault the Sunlit Demi-Beast, as they are great long-range attackers. Stay away from the boss, and deploy as many as you can todeplete its KO Gauge quickly. Avoid the long-range spear attack, as it’s unblockable, but, fortunately, you canuse Unite Counter to stave it off.
Do not use Perfect Guard to defend against Unblockable Attack. You will be hurled away and sustain severe damage.
You can also useFangs as your close-range attackers, but be wary of theshield dash attack. Just get away if you are standing in front of the boss to avoid it. You can alsouse Perfect Guard to block it, but it’s a swift attack, so it might be harder.
