What Is Sleep Mode?

The Sleep Mode is a feature thatautomatically activatesafter15 minutes of inactivity, meaningno inputfrom yourmouse,keyboard, orcontroller.

When Fortnite is about to enter Sleep Mode, you will seea 30-second countdown. you may easily prevent this bypressing any buttonduring the countdown, allowing you to return to whatever activity you were engaged in.

Sleep Modepauses voice chat,time limits, andtime reports, and if you’re in a party when it activates, yourstatus will changeto ‘Away’ in the lobby. Other party members can continue playing while you’re in Sleep Mode.

However, if you’re queuing for a match, Sleep Mode will cancel the matchmaking process.
