As you explore the various worlds featured inDisney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, you will engage in a lot of platforming and solve different puzzles using your paint or thinner, all while interacting with familiar characters from the Disney universe who will provide you with quests.
The Mean Street hub area is filled with characters you can interact with, and they will give Mickey multiple quests to undertake every time he finishes a world. Among the numerous quests you will encounter here is Find the Missing Pirate, which requires you to locate a missing fellow pirate and help him return to his hometown.
How To Start Find Missing Pirate Quest
After you return to Mean Street from Tomorrow City,visit Horace at his officeand speak with him. Horace will mention thata pirate named Rigger Greene has gone missingand that his cousin, Moody, is looking for him.
This is where Mickey comes in, and your task is tolocate Rigger Greene in the Pirates of the Wasteland region.
Where To Find The Missing Pirate
First, you will need to progress through the Pirates of the Wasteland region until youreach the Pirate Voyage area, where the missing pirate is located.
Once you’re in this location, you’ll need to do some platforming that requires you tothin the yellow gears responsible for rotating the wooden platform when they are straight, allowing you to make your way to the other side.
After you reach the other side, Gus will mention that you need tofind three pumpsinstalled along the river to lift the gate and access the next room.
First Pump Location
Drop down onto one of the moving boatsand ride it until you candrop to the left side, where the first pump is located inside a locked gate. Just to the right of this gate, you’ll be able tojump to the balcony ahead.
After that,turn aroundand make your way to the platform just above the first pump.Use Thinner on itto access the first pump andfill it with Paint.
Second Pump Location
The second pump is located nearby, so you’ll need tomake your way back to the platform above the first pump. Jump to the next rooftop in front of you, where you’ll spotthe pump just to the right of the bridge of fire.
Don’t forget tofill it with Paint.
Third Pump Location
For the final pump, ride one of the boats until youreach the locked gate you need to fix, and thenjump to the right side. You will seea door with a lock on it.Use Thinner on the side of the door to break it open, revealing the location of the final pump.
Fill it with Paint, and the gate will function, allowing you to access the next room. Then, head back to one of the boats and make your way to the next room.
Save The Missing Pirate
In this next room, you’ll spot the missing pirate locked behind a gate, along withthree gears nearby that you can interact with using your spinning attack.
Once you interact with all three gears, you will open the gate to one of Gus’s friends,Eric, who is trapped in a green cage. If youfree Ericusing your spinning attack,he will thank you by opening the gate where the missing pirate is locked.
Finally, all you need to do ishead to Rigger Greene and speak to him. This will update the quest, andRigger will make his way back to OsTown, completing the quest.
