Therespawn rate of the orc mobs in this area is relatively high, which is why you can be targeted by multiple enemies at once. If you cannot sustain large amounts of damage,consider defeating a Chief Orc Brawler first so you can get the Orc Brawler morph.

How To Complete The Fonos Basin Treasure Quest
After youspeak with the treasure hunternear the Fonos Basin way-point,start by eliminating orc shamans in the areauntil you receive a treasure chest key. Once you receive the key,find the mysterious chest located on the northeastern sideof the Fonos basin.
Finding the mysterious chest may be confusing for many players, as thequest does not give you the exact location. By following the general northeastern direction in the Fonos Basin, you will eventuallyget to the entrance of the Fire Cave.
Theexact location of the Mysterious Chest is covered in black mist on the map, which suggests that the area is not classified within the playable region of the map. This can cause a lot of confusion. However,you will not face any problems with reaching this location, like other similar areas.
Once you are near the entrance of the Fire Cave,keep heading forward towards the edge of the cliff, where you see wooden platformson your left side. The MysteriousChest is inside one of the huts on topof those wooden platforms.
Make sure tocollect the copy of the map from the groundafter opening the chest, asit does not automatically transfer into your collection codex. This is a necessary step in further progressing the quest.
How To Acquire The Fonos Basin Treasure
After you collect the hint from the treasure chest map, you mustvisit the region right when the world transitions from daytime to nighttime. At night,you will see an arena near the stone pillar that has the Boonstoneon it.
Thefonos treasure only appears in the arena for a brief intervalonce the day transitions into night, somake sure that you are at this location beforehand,or you might miss it completely.
The fonostreasure will appear right in front of the stairs that lead to the Boonstonebeside the opening in the arena boundary.
