On your quest to escape the Wasteland, defeat the Mad Doctor who’s ruining everything, and help out all the Wasteland’s inhabitants inDisney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, you’ll be coming across several of Hook’s pirates. They need help as much as anyone else: they’ve been locked up, forced out of their homes, turned into machines, and had their things stolen.
Your first stop after Ventureland is the seaside of Tortooga, and it’s ruined with thinner like everywhere else. Beluga Billy’s one of the few pirates free and not turned into a machine, and you’ll need his help to reach Skull Island and the machine turning Hook’s pirates into monsters.
How To Find The Three Jail Cell Keys
Billy’s Lost Belongings begins as soon as youget his bagfrom thehouse in the thinner sea at the edge of the map, and this time you’ll need tofind something importanthe lost.
First,head across to the buildingson the wall, over to thejail on the left side, and use someThinner to get rid of the door frame, so the door falls. Inside you’llfind three pirateswho took Billy’s things locked up, and each of themneedsa key to unlocktheir cell.
You only need to unlock the pirate in the right-most jail cell to find Billy’s Belongings, but it’sbeneficial to rescue all threeas the other two unlock some other rewards.
Key One
The first key ishidden on the top of the jail, and you’ll need touse some Thinnerto get rid of the small,windowed part with the red flag.
Key Two
The second key is alsohidden on top of a building, but this time you’ll need to get to theroof of the main buildinganduse Thinner on the round section with windowsto reveal the second key.
Key Three
The third key is a bit more hidden, and you may reach it byheading to the right side of the pierand jumpingpast the waterwheel onto a ledgehiding some green E-Tickets. Turn around andjump onto the ledge behind you, and you’ll find the third andfinal key in the small alcove.
How To Get Billy’s Belongings
With all the keys in hand, you canhead back to the jail and unlock the jail cellsyou want to. Thepirate in the right cellis the one you’llneed for Billy’s Belongings, and he’ll tell you how to get them.
Go back outside anduse Thinner tomelt the door closest to the solid wood one, and head down the hallway to theroom underneath, and you’ll findfour columns with gearsattached to them andtwo Pirate Splattersto defeat.
Thin out the Splatters, thenhit the four gears in any orderor vice versa, and you’llget access to Beluga Billy’s prized swordagain, along with atreasure chest full of E-Tickets.
Grab it andbring it back to Billy, and he’llopen up the way to Skull Islandfor you. You canleave the areathrough the Projector Screen tocontinue the story, but there are stilltwo other questsleft in Tortoogafrom the other two piratesin the cells.
How To Help The Other Pirates
Goback to the jail, anduse the last two keysto unlock the pirates in the left and right cells, each of whomhas a secondary quest for youto complete.
Paint The Lanterns
Thepirate in the left cellgives you thePaint The Lanterns quest, and this one requires you topaint three different lanterns hidden around Tortoogato unlock a special treasure chest.
Thelanterns only appear when you have the quest, otherwise the posts they hang off normally will be empty.

On the edge of the walkway, hanging on apost to the right side of the blocked well.
Lantern 2
On the edge of the walkway, hanging on apost next to the jail cell.
Lantern 3
Ontop of the main building where the second key was, hanging off the very top of the building.
Once all three lanterns are painted, anew area will riseat the edge of the thinner sea, and you canuse the wood platformsto reach it.Paint the chest that appearson the highest one, andunlock it to get a Bronze Pinas your reward.
Into The Well
Thepirate in the middlecell gives you the othersecondary quest, Into The Well, and he’llunblock the well in the centerof Tortooga’s pier for you.
All you need to do for this quest isride the wood block downinto the cave and thenSpin Attack the gearto start making the thinner sea recede. This willreveal another set of platformswith a paintablechest at the end with another Bronze Pininside for your collection.
