Inventory space is pretty important in any survival game, whether it’s Minecraft orThe Lord Of The Rings: Return To Moria. You’ll end up carrying all sorts of items, like healing items, food, enemy drops, or materials you find in the world. Maybe you have to carry everything, but hey, you never know if you’ll need it.

You’ll be able to craft your first pack soon after you start the game and go through the introductory missions, but it doesn’t hold much, and you’ll find yourself having more items than space. When that happens, it’s time to get yourself a good upgrade.

How To Increase Inventory Space

Thefirst packyou get is theScout’s Pack, which can be crafted at any time fromthree Hide Scraps, and its direct upgrade is theAdventurer’s Pack, which gives you25 inventory spacescompared to the previous ten.

To make the Adventurer’s Pack, you’ll firstneed to make a Workbench, an important crafting station that you’llget accessto once youreach the Elven Quarterand start findingElven Wood from the treesthere.

Each Workbench takestwo Iron Ingotsandtwelve Elven Wood to craft, and it allows you tocraft the Adventurer’s Pack, as well asother items like the Hunting Bow and Arrows.

How To Get Hide For The Adventurer’s Pack

The Adventurer’s Pack onlytakes eight Hide to make, but this ingredient is alittle more difficult to obtainthan Hide Scraps, as itspecifically comes fromlarge animals likeGoats, Cave Bears, and Hriwaras.

Hwiraras and Cave Bearscan be found in theElven Quarter, whileGoats are foundin theMines of Moria, but theHwiraras and Goat will run awayif you get close and caneasily outrun youeven if you’re sprinting.

TheHunting Bow and any type of Arrows is the easiest methodof killing large animals, as you can either one-shot them or get in two hits before they run away.

Both theGoat and Hwiraras drop one to twoHides per kill, while theCave Bear drops two to three, but they’re muchmore difficult and dangerousto kill, especially if you don’t have any armor.

Bearsdo massive damagewith each swing, andtakearound ten to 20 hits to kill, even with upgraded weapons like the Steel Battleaxe.

Once you’ve got enough Hide, all you need to do is bring it back to the Workbench andcraft the Adventurer’s Pack. Once youequip the new pack, your old one willdroponto the ground, but you canstill open it, retrieve it, and store itemsinside it.

While slow, youcan carry two packs at onceby filling one up, unequipping it, then carrying it in your hand after equipping a separate pack.
