To buy new gear in Episode Aigis, you need to headinside the Tatsumi East Police Stationfound on the upper-left side of Paulownia Mall. You can purchase gear includingweapons, armor and accessoriesfor your entire party here.
The gear available at the Police Station is expensive, so make sure to collect enough coins in the Abyss of Time by battling shadows.
