Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2is the type of game that seems to have everything a gamer wants: a story campaign you can enjoy solo or with friends, six additional lengthy co-op operations to tackle, and a full separate PvP multiplayer mode to face off against other players for some more action.

With the variety of classes and weapons available in the game, you’ll be able to unlock new gear as you play more and customize your Space Marine character, but in order to do this, you’ll need to earn a currency called Requisition Points. In this guide, we’ll show you all the possible ways to get your hands on the Requisition Points currency.

How To Get Requisition Points

Requisition Points is one of the main primary currencies in Space Marine 2, which can be used to accessnew items, gear, and cosmetics.

You can start acquiring Requisition Pointsonly after completing the campaign, as it is a multiplayer currency.

Class Trials - Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine 2

With Requisition Points, you can unlockhigher weapon tiers, obtainnew cosmetics through Astartes Heraldry, and, most importantly, acquire Perks for your chosen class. Thankfully, there are a few ways to earn this currency.

Class Trials

The first and probably easiest way to earn some early Requisition Points is bycompleting class Trials, which can be accessedat the Armouring Hall. When you interact with it, you’ll have the option toselect from the six classes available in the game.

Each class has three trials, each rewarding you with 25 Requisition Points. This is quite generous, considering these trialsare relatively easy, serving as an introductory tutorial on how to use the specific class.

By completing all the trials, you’ll quickly accumulate450 Requisition Points, which should be more than enough to get started on the gear and cosmetics you want to obtain early game.

You only need to achieve aB rankin each trial to receive the 25 Requisition Points.

However, it’s recommended that you aim for an A rank toearn the Green Armory Data.

Operations

Operations are lengthy co-op PvE missionsthat become available after you complete the campaign, totaling six in all. Each quest rewards you with a set amount of Requisition Points, butthe exact amount depends on the difficulty level at which you complete the mission.

For the lowest difficulty, Minimal, you will earn 35 Requisition Points. However, if you tackle the highest difficulty, Ruthless, you’re able to earn up to 165 Requisition Points, but you need to keep in mind thatyou must successfully complete the operation to receive your rewards toward the end.

You’ll probably want tofarm some of these missionsinitially for additional if you’re not comfortable jumping into PvP right away, which is, by the way, the final method for earning Requisition Points.

However, note that the number of enemies you kill and the time taken to complete the questdo not seem to affect the total Requisition Points you earn;you only need to successfully complete the mission.

Although these missions can be done solo, we highly recommend bringing a friend or two to make the process easier and more enjoyable.

One mission that we found quite manageable isthe second operation, called Decapitation. The two main objectives are relatively easy to accomplish, and you can efficiently speedrun your way to the goal. With two teammates who know what needs to be done, you can easily complete each run in about 10 to 15 minutes.

Eternal War

The final method for earning Requisition Points is throughthe PvP mode called Eternal War, where you compete against other players in one of three available modes. These modes include familiar formats such as team deathmatch and capture the control points.

In PvP,you can earn Requisition Points based on your performance. Whether you excel in completing objectives, achieving a high score, or securing a high number of kills, you’ll be rewarded accordingly.

Eternal War can be quite challenging if you’re new to the game, sowe recommend familiarizing yourself with the different classes through Operations (PvE) before diving into PvP.

Progress made in PvE does not carry over to PvP, aseach has its own separate progression system. While this might seem obvious, I had to learn it the hard way, so don’t make the same mistake.
