Warframeis an ever-changing game that introduces new stories to experience, enemies to challenge, and mysteries to uncover. As you travel across many planets and missions, you will discover new additions to your arsenal, whether they’re weapons, companions, or warframes.

With the addition of the warframe Koumei, a polearm weapon called Amanata has been introduced to all the Tenno, and the nature of this weapon intertwines with her random-based abilities. This naginata polearm can be ferocious in battle, and here’s all you need to know about it.

What Is The Amanata?

The Amanata naginata polearm is one of the two signature weapons for the warframe Koumei, and while it doesn’t have a signature weapon benefit like other similar weapons,it can be modded with the mod Amanata Pressure, a substitute for Pressure mods that will help this weaponinflict a random Status Effect when using its Heavy Attack once you reach an x8 Combo Multiplier.

On top of that, doing 30 hits will roll a six-sided dice to apply a random buff, applying all the buffs at once if you roll a six.

How To Get The Amanata

To get this weapon, you must go to Cetus and interact with the Koumei Shrine, which acts as a vendor for Koumei’s blueprint and components, and Higasa and Amanata’s as well. This shrine’s Blueprints can only be bought using Fate Pearls, a type of currency you can only obtain by completing the Saya’s Visions Shrine Defense mission on Earth.

Once you have obtained the blueprints, you must build the components before you can build The Amanata itself, so you need to invest in the following materials:

Best Amanata Build

The idea of the Amanata Build is to Capitalize on Status Damage, thanks to the Amanata Pressure mod, which addsa massive Damage Bonus and the ability to apply random Status Effects when hitting enemies with Heavy Attacks. However, this will be possible only once we get past the x8 Combo Multiplier, which can be easily achievable in missions where enemies come in large multitudes (and with a little help from Drifting Contact’s first effect.)

Galvanized Elementalist, Condition Overload, and Drifting Contact will help you to maximize the Status Chance and Damage, and Vicious Frost and Volcanic Edge will add Status chance and provide Blast Damage, but you may change them for any other two elemental mods. Last, Sacrificial Steel and Blood Rush will help a bit to up the chances for crit hits, which is always welcome.

Stance Mod: Fast spinning attacks and staggering strikes.
