Guardians inThrone and Libertyare a type of ability that allows you to morph into a special character. Once transformed, the new form grants you special buffs and abilities that exponentially increase your combat power. These abilities are canonically explained in the game during the “A Sacred Pledge of Blood” quest with the introduction of the Vampire Slayer Ezekiel.
Additionally, you may get multiple other Guardians during your exploration, to see which one would suit your build better. This article will guide you with everything you need to know on how to get the Green Ranger Elowen.
How To Get The Green Ranger Elowen
To get the Green Ranger Elowen,you must complete an exploration called “Elemental Tree Harvest”inside the Nesting Grounds. This quest requires you tocommune with the small elemental tree at the Nesting Groundsand transfer its departed elemental energy to the tree still alive.
Nesting Grounds is not an early game area, and it is teeming with the aggressive terror birds and Quilix,which can deal a great amount of damage to lower-level players. It is recommended that you only venture into this region once you are in the early-mid-game or late-early-game stage.
Make sure to activate the Nesting Grounds waypointbefore you decide to start this quest, since thequest will not be visible in your Exploration Codex if you do not collect the Nesting Grounds waypoint.
The“Elemental Tree Harvest” is primarily divided into three tasks. You will get different rewards for completing each task in order.
Here is how you can complete them in order:
Once you interact with the first tree,the trail of the elemental spirit will automatically lead you to the second elemental tree. However, be quick to follow all the traces of the old tree spirits as it is timed.
After the quest is complete,you will receive the Green Ranger Elowen as a reward.
How To Use The Green Ranger Elowen
As described in Throne and Liberty’s lore,Guardians are special characters that offer their souls to a pledge. You, as a player, act as the owner of pledges who can call upon their powersand use them directly in combat.
Once activated and used, theGuardian will be on a ten-minute cooldown until its next use.
In a much broader sense, Guardians act as a player’s trump card that can be used during critical momentsin combat. The Green Ranger Elowen isperfect for DPS longbow users who strategically utilize binding abilitiessuch as the Ensnaring arrow in combat.
Once acquired, you assign your character the Green Ranger Elowen by going to the Guardians' menu found under the character tab in your main menu and then assigning it to your character.
