Warframehas a plenty of weaponry, companions, and warframes to add to your Tenno arsenal, and while some of them might demand to invest a fair amount of time, sometimes new players also get some welcome additions to unlock in the early stages of the game.
Accompanying the warframe Koumei, one of the new weapons with the Koumei and The Five Fates Update is the Higasa, a rifle that’s also an umbrella. With a curious design and some amazing firepower, we’ll tell you all about it!
What Is The Higasa?
The Higasa rifle is one of the two signature weapons for the warframe Koumei, and while it doesn’t have a signature weapon benefit like other similar weapons,it can be modded with the mod Higasa Serration, a substitute for Serration mods that will help this weaponinflict a random Status Effect when using its alternate fire.
On top of that, aiming with this weapon will open up a laser-mase umbrella shield thatwill charge the alternate fire with every projectile it blocks.
How To Get The Higasa
To get this weapon, youmust go to Cetus and interact with the Koumei Shrine, which acts as a vendor for Koumei’s blueprint and components, and Higasa and Amanata’s as well.This shrine’s Blueprints can only be bought using Fate Pearls,a type of currency you can only obtain bycompleting the Saya’s Visions Shrine Defense mission on Earth.

Best Higasa Build
Given the special effect added by Higasa Serration and the massive Damage bonus it provides, the priority damage mod will be that one. Then we’ll try to up the Status Chance with a combo of Galvanize Attitude + Critical Delay, and Status Damage by adding Rime Rounds, Malignant Force, and Cryo Rounds, which will help the weapon to inflict great Viral damage (although you can change them for any other elemental combination).
On the Arcane side, Primary Merciless is the one to go because we want to have as much extra Damage as possible, and then Galvanized Chamber for Multishot percentage.
