Amitoi are magical creatures inThrone and Libertythat can help you in a variety of ways. Summoning an Amitoi will let it spend World Tree Leaves to periodically heal you, while the Amitoi house will let you send groups of them on expeditions to gather materials.
The Exploration Quest A Powerless Little Friend will reward you with the Prankster Joker Amitoi, and becomes available in the Abandoned Stonemason Town area. Below, we’ll take a look at how to start and complete this quest, including how to get to the High Concentration Manastone during one of its steps.
How To Complete A Powerless Little Friend
This quest is available upon entering theAbandoned Stonemason Townarea, located to thenorth of Stonegard Castle. Head to theAbandoned Stonemason Town Waypoint, then travel a short distance to thesoutheastto find thediscarded dollin the chapel.
The doll can be found on thesecond floor; to get there, use thestaircase on the outside of the building, then jump onto the roof and head inside.
After talking to the doll, you’ll now need togather three Vitality Masses, which have a chance to drop fromMandrakesandDeadly Mandrakes. Thedrop rate for this item is fairly low, so don’t be discouraged if you have to kill a few dozen Mandrakes before you get all three.
Completing this step will unlock theDeadly Mandrake Shapeshift.
Next, head to thenortheast through the Abandoned Stonemason Townuntil you reach a narrow passage through a mine. Rather than go through the mine,use the grappling hook spotsto climb up the mountain, thenscale the side until you reach its peak. Now, look to the north and you should see theHigh Concentration Manastoneon a different, smaller mountain.
Glide down here, then mine the Manastone. Now, head back to the chapel andtalk to the doll to get it to join your team, and the quest will be complete.
