Remnant 2is a game that can be challenging due to its environment filled with enemies and difficult bosses to fight. Alongside this, the game is packed with secrets and puzzles to uncover and complete, which can be very rewarding, as they can yield new weapons, armor, or gear that prove useful in the long run.

With the introduction of the third DLC for Remnant 2, titled Dark Horizon, comes new content and, of course, multiple secrets to uncover. One of the most hidden characters introduced here is Spark, who has his own quest, though it’s not always clear how to complete it. That’s why we have this guide.

How To Find Spark

Before you can start her quest, you first need to find Spark,who can spawn in a few different locations.

Your starting point will be theWaylaid Conservatory checkpoint located in the Withered Necropolis.

From the checkpoint, exit the room andhead straight until you reach the glidernear the Gardener character.

Interact with the glider andhover down to the building on the left sidewhere the glider spawns.You’ll find her standing there.

The second possible location for Spark isnear the location where you can find the Nanoplated armor set.

Just outside the room where the armor is found, you will see Spark standing in the corner.

The third possible location is just outside the building where the Nanoplated armor is located.

Follow the path to the leftuntil you reacha locked door, whereSpark can be found standing nextto it.

No matter which location you find Spark, interact with her and exhaust all her dialogue options.

verify toselect positive choices,such as “Would you like to go to Earth with me?” and “What if I get rid of the voice?”

Once you’ve exhausted all of Spark’s dialogue, continue your run through the Dark Horizon anddefeat the final boss, Alepsis-Taura.

After that,head back to Sparkat the same location where you found her.

If Spark isn’t there, she may have changed locations, so check the other locations mentioned above.

During this second interaction with Spark, she won’t speak with you right away, butyou just need to interact with her multiple times until she replies.

When given the option, make sure to choose the “You can come to Earth with me” dialogue option.

How To Complete Spark Quest

After this interaction,head back to Ward 13, andyou’ll find Spark just near where Dwell is located.

Speak to Spark and interact with her, and she will give youthe Alloy Extractor item.

Spark now becomes a merchant, offering multiple items for you to craft, though most of them are marked as ???.

You might be wondering what to do with this item. Essentially, you need toreturn to all three worlds- N’Erud, Yaesha, and Losomn - anddefeat enemies to collect new materialsthat can now dropwhile you have the Alloy Extractor in your inventory.

For each world, there is a specific new material you can obtain: in N’Erud, you’ll findAlien Alloy; in Yaesha, you’ll acquireAncient Alloy; and in Losomn, you’ll collectMythril Alloy.

This process will take time, so consider teaming up with a friend to make the grind easier or use the lowest difficulty setting when rerolling a world.

How To Unlock The Redeemer

Now, if you want to get your hands on the secret Redeemer gun,you will need to craft each and every item in Spark’s shop.

Only after that can you interact with her, and she will thank you for your help in fulfilling her quest andreward you with the Redeemer Handgun.
