Meeting A Friend In The Field is an Exploration quest for the Urstella Fields region ofThrone And Liberty. It’s also the first Amitoi quest you’ll come across, and in this one you’ll recieve the Thieving Nick Amitoi as your reward.
You will need to complete this quest before doing any other Amitoi quests, as this quest unlocks the Amitoi Tailor who helps you give life back to lost Amitois. This guide has everything you need to know about completing this quest and adding Nick to your managerie of Amitois.
Where Is The Wrecked Carriage?
The first step in this quest is to find thePowerless Little Doll in the Wrecked Carriagein Urstella Fields.
Teleport to the Starlight Observatory Ruins Waypoint, then follow theroad leading away from the observatory. The Wrecked Carriage will be on the left side of the road.
You’ll find the Powerless Little Dollon the ground behind the carriage. Interact with it to pick it up, then take it toAshien at Starlight Observatory Ruins.
How To Get Into Taedal’s Tower
Ashien tells you that the little doll is under a monster’s power, and to free ityou need to defeat the monster.To do so, you must enter Taedal’s Tower, which you’re able to do bygoing through Ashien’s painting.
To progress forward in the quest, youmust defeat at least one of the monsterswithin the first ten floors of Taedal’s Tower.
Once you’ve defeated one of the monsters,leave the dungeon and return to Ashien.
Where To Find An Amitoi Tailor
Though the doll is free from the monster, it still needs a little help to wake up. Ashien mentions that she’s heard ofcertain tailors who work on Amitois, and suggests you go into Kastleton to find one.
Teleport to Kastleton, and go talk to the owner of the Kastleton Inn. Ask her about the Amitoi Tailor, andshe suggests checking the person staying in Room 202.
Head upstairs and enter room 202.Inside you’ll find a Tailor named Noan. Talk to him about the Amitoi you found.
He’ll do something to it, then tell you to put your own magic into it.When you do, the Amitoi, Thieving Nick, will wake up. Interact with Nick again to talk to him.
When you finish the conversation with Nick, the quest will be completed,and you’ll receive the Thieving Nick amitoi!
Talk to Ashien at Starlight Observatory Ruins.
Defeat the monsters on one of the floors between 1-10F in Taedal’s Tower.
Talk to the Inn Owner at Kastleton Inn.
Talk to Tailor Noan in the guest room on the inn’s 2F, and awaken the Powerless Little Doll.
