Using the power of echoes, you can help seal the rifts and assist people around the various regions. From bringing them food to showing them fearsome monsters, there’s plenty to see and do.
Not everyone is ready for adventure, however, as one young Zora knows all too well. His fear of swimming hinders him from exploring the world and his home freely. With a bit of help from Zelda, you can show him that the water is nothing to fear.
How To Help The Young River Zora Swim
After you progress further with the main story, you canreturn to Jabul Watersto revisit old friends and take on new quests. Take a stroll up the hills tothe River Zora Village. There, speak with the young Zora child by the waterfall.
If you’ve spoken with this child before, you’ll know that he’s terrified of swimming!
The child ishaving trouble building up the courageto swim, and he’sworried that his mother is going to feed him to monstersout of disappointment. The little River Zora pleads with you tocheck on his mominside their house.
Head intothe house on the leftto find the mother muttering about monsters inside. When you talk to her, she asks if you’re able to help her with a personal matter. She needs you to bring herseveral different monstersto study. However, she doesn’t have the exact names.
The mother will ask youfor a type of fish, and you’ll need to use your echoes tosummon the right one!

All the echoes can be found around Jabul Waters!
Once you have the right echo,summon it in the poolinside the house. The mother will examine each one until she’s finished her secret project. She’ll then take you outside to meet up with her son.
There, shegives him a very special Zora charmthat will help him swim. He takes the charm and dives into the river, happily swimming along. As a thank you for helping her,the mother gives you a charmas well.
