How To Raise Staff Morale
Staff morale is made up of many things, including pay and working conditions. Having more than adequate facilities to relax in, along with plenty of staff on hand will keep morale high.
If your workers are swamped and you don’t want to hire more workers, you canincrease the current employees' payto tide them over.
Morale can be checked in thestaff section of the park management menu. The higher the morale, the happier the colorful face will look in the menu. If you notice someone having a bad time, make sure to check in on them sooner rather than later.
If morale dips too low, employees may quiton the spot!
To raise morale, give your employees more breaksand closer staff facilities. This allows them toenjoy their breaks more often and sooner, granting them plenty of rest while the park operates. You’ll likely have dozens of employees, from colorful entertainers to essential maintenance workers. Each of them is important to park operations, so verify to treat them well!
