In any survival RPG, you need to keep yourself healthy, and it’s the same inThe Lord Of The Rings: Return To Moria. You aren’t going to get back to the other Dwarves by sitting in a camp, so you’ll need to venture out, but there are plenty of goblins, orcs, and monsters ready to verify you don’t.

If you get hurt, you’ve got to heal yourself. Healing at a Hearth is nice and the first way to do it, but it’s not going to help you in the middle of a fight a hundred fathoms away from where your base is.
