Help The Hushed Honeybee is one of these quests with a deadline. While this quest may seem like a simple errand to gather ingredients, you’ll quickly find that getting your hands on Redgrass can be a bit trickier than expected.
How To Start The Help The Hushed Honeybee Quest
To receive the Help The Hushed Honeybee quest,fast travel to Sunlumeo Streetthe day after the King’s funeral andspeak to the Young Nidiain the southeast section. This budding chef isresearching the diverse cuisinesof the Grand Trad, and he’s particularly intrigued byFabienne’s cooking, the proprietress of the Hushed Honeybee Inn.
He needs you toassist in the kitchen thereand wants you toreport back on what you’ve learned by 6/19and no later! Tribal prejudices keep him from doing so himself, and if he shows up, he risks losing his job, so you’ll have to lend a hand.
How To Make Redgrass-Roasted Bidou
Later during nighttime, you’ll need tospeak to Fabienne at the inn. You’ll have the option tojump straight into the taskorlearn to whip up Redgrass-Roasted Bidou yourself. Regardless of your choice, you can turn in the quest to Young Nidia the next day for your rewards, but opting for the recipe means you’ll need togather three key ingredientsfirst.
you may spend the afternoon in different ways for nighttime to come. However, werecommend focusing on increasing the Wisdom Royal Virtueto take the ‘A Bullish Embargo’ quest andgain access to the Merchant Archetypesooner.
Additionally, helping Fabienne in her kitchen for the quest willearn you points in the Eloquence Royal Virtue, but you’lllearn the Redgrass-Roasted Bidourecipe and earn a fair bit extra points for cooking it.
To create this dish, you’ll needBidou Meat,Pristine Clearwater, and, of course,Redgrass. While you can snag the former two for 250 Revee from the Burly Butcher and 50 Revee from the Water Merchant, respectively, theHerb-Seller who has Redgrass won’t sell yousome unless you’reone of his regular clientele.
All three vendors arein the market squarewith their respective icons in theRegalith Grand Cathedral area.
How To Get Redgrass
To get your hands on Redgrass for the dish, you’ll first need to unlock the Herb-Seller’s shop. For that, you’ll need to obtain theSecret of the Redgrass note, which can bepurchased from the Knowledgable Manwho lingers in the inn by night. He’llsell you the note for 600 Revees, and it’ll reveal that the late Grius and the Herb-Seller were well-acquainted.
With this new info, return to the Herb-Seller and introduce yourself as an acquaintance of Grius by selecting the“Do You Know Grius?”dialogue option.This earns you a spot on his list of regulars, finally allowing you to purchase Redgrass. He’ll sell it for150 Revee per pieceor abundle of four for 500 Revee.

Once you’ve gathered all the ingredients, head back to Fabienne to start cooking. During the process,Gallica will interrupt, suggesting a few twists for the dish. However, tomaximize theTolerance pointsyou earn,stick to the original recipe, as deviating will result in fewer points.
If you decide to cook the Redgrass-Roasted Bidou, you’ll also receive it in your inventory afterward.It recovers 400 HP andcures the Burn ailmentfor a party member.
