Revered in Cetus and the latest focus of Councilor Vay Hek’s greed, the warframe Koumei brings a new way to play the game in the form of The Five Fates, a mechanic where you roll dice and different effects occur depending on the roll. Here we’ll tell you everything about it!
How To Get Koumei
To get Koumei, you will need to play a lot of theSaya’s Visions Shrine Defense mission, on Earth.Completing this missioncan reward you with all the Koumei blueprints(and her signature weapons as well,) andwill also give you Fate Pearls, the new currency you can spend at the Koumei Shrine in Cetus to get her Blueprint and Component Blueprints.
The Cost and Materials to build Koumei are as follows:
24 Hours - 35 Platinum to Rush
12 Hours - 25 Platinum to Rush
Passive Ability
Every 60 seconds, one of Koumei’s weapons will inflict random Status Effects for 60 seconds.
Kumihimo
Weave the threads of destiny. Enemies who touch the threads suffer a random Elemental Status Effect. A roll of triple sixes creates threads that inflict one of every Elemental Status Effect.

10 / 15 / 20 / 25 Elemental Damage, multiplied by the total dice roll number from Koumei’s Passive ability, between 1 and 30.

Omikuji
Koumei glimpses a favorable future and the precise steps needed to reach it. Complete the challenge to earn a Decree. A roll of triple sixes grants a Decree without a challenge.
Onamori
Surround yourself with Omamori Charms, each with a chance to have enemy attacks heal you instead of damage you. The number of charms is determined by Koumei’s dice roll. A roll of triple sixes grants invulnerability for the duration of your Omamori Charms.
Bunraku
Wield your foe’s fate threads like the strings of marionettes. Koumei’s dice determine how many Status Effects foes in front of Koumei will suffer. A roll of triple sixes maximizes Status Effect stacks and extends Bunraku to enemies behind Koumei.

Archon Shards
For Koumei’s build, we will focus on the chaotic nature of her kit, and benefit from her proficiency at inflicting status effects. Therefore,we will use all the Archon mods: Archon Continuity, Archon Flow, Archon Vitality, Archon Stretch, and Archon Intensify; the first four Archon Mods are going to react to her abilities whenever a Status Effect is applied, andArchon Intensify interacts directly with her Onamori ability whenever it heals you.
For the Aura Mod, Corrosive Projection always helps chip off enemy Armor, and given our Corrosive damage output, it just makes sense. Next,Catalyzing Shieldswill help us with survivability through Shield-gating,Augur Reachwill add some needed Range, andEquilibriumwill help you to havea better Energy economy (which will work great with Arcane Energize.)
On the Archon Shards side,2 Amber shards with extra Casting Speed and 2 Azure shards with extra Energywill do the trick, and for the final one, you can put whatever you want, either a Green one with extra Corrosive stacks or more Energy if you want to play it safe. Last,Arcane Energize will help you to retain as much Energy as possible, and for the second Arcane, you could go with Arcane Avenger for extra Crit Chance or Arcane Acceleration for some Fire Rate juice to your Primary.
