From providing food and drinks to entertaining the masses in your park, there’s a bit of trial and error. Here’s everything you need to know about the guests that will enter your park so you can give them a great day of fun, excitement, and great food.

What Are Guests' Needs?

Every guest that walks into your park isa unique individual with their own preferences, budget, and personality. Some guests will love extreme coasters and spicy food while others will prefer low-key rides and sweet snacks.

Making sure youmeet all of their needsis tricky, but it can be done. It takes patience, and you can monitor guests as a whole or individually to see what needs to be done to meet their needs.

Ride Preferences

Ride preferences dictate what rating limits guests are willing to try. You cansee an individual guest’s preferencesby clicking on them andselecting the Group Tolerances tab.

Here, you’ll see thefear tolerance and nausea tolerance bars,along with the amount of time they’re willing to wait in a queue for a ride.

If you’re worried about a specific ride, you cancheck the feedbackfor it individually.

In this menu, you’re able to alsosee what the ride height, speed, and G-force limits arefor the specific guest. This gives you a better idea of what to build for your next coaster, ensuring that they give it a shot before leaving the park for the day.

Queue Tolerance

As your park grows,repeat visitors can become impatientwith long waits. To ensure they get on the rides they want, you’ll either need to build duplicates tocut down on wait timesor introduce premier passes so they can skip the line.

Food Preferences

In addition to preferences, some guests havevery real dietary restrictions. They won’t be able toeat just any food or drinkin the park. Dietary restrictions include:

Every shop in Planet Coaster 2has their ingredients listed, so it’s important to check and make sure that every guest has at least one option for food and drink.

How To Make Guests Happy

In the park management menu, you cansee what all guests thinkof your park. Their overall happiness isbroken down into eight categories, each of which can be improved tohelp raise the reputation of your park.

Below are the categories and how to make your guests happier in each:

Include more scenery, entertainer staff members, and interactions.

Include more benches and rest spots for guests.

Hunger

Provide a variety of food options for guests at shops and vending machines.

Thirst

Provide a variety of drink options for guests at shops and vending machines.

Toilet

Establish multiple bathroom facilities throughout the park and keep them clean.

Luxury

Provide gift shops where guests can purchase souvenirs.

If guests are unhappy, it willtake a while for their mood to changeeven after you take action. Be patient andlet the guests adjust to the parkas you continue to improve it each day!
