Wish For Levels
The fastest, most efficient wayto reach the level 20 cap fast, isto wish for levelswhen you collect the Dragon Balls. Some editions of the game already come witha use of Shenron or Super Shenronavailable from the start, giving you a nice boost in your leveling adventure.
