The city of Minrathous is constantly at war with the evil Venatori stalking the streets inDragon Age: The Veilguardand the Shadow Dragons are one of the only resistance groups in the city. Their clandestine works not only help free slaves and ensure the safety of Minrathous' citizens but also keep the Venatori from taking over.

Even they need help from time to time, though. In the wake of the escaped elven gods wreaking havoc across the continent and emboldening hostile forces, the Venatori have pulled a risky maneuver and kidnapped one of the most important figures of the Shadow Dragons: the Viper.

How To Get Into The Temple Of Andraste

This quest immediately begins after youcomplete its related quest, Last Rites, and the first thing you’ll want to do is head over to theAndraste’s Watch beacon. Turn to the right andgo into the nearby corner, and aGaatlok Barrelwill besittingagainst the wall.

Ignite it andblow open the wall, then hop over therailing at the end of the pathand into the courtyard full of Venatori and blood-magic crystals.

After you kill the firstfour executioners and the mage, a few more Venatori will spawn right after, and you’ll need to kill them too.

Once the courtyard is cleared out, you’ll be able toget rid of the four crystalsfloating above the Viper’s prison andbreak him free.

After the cutscene, you’ll complete the quest andearn yourself some EXP,400 Gold, two legendaryFade-Touched Silks, and250 Reputationwith the Shadow Dragons.
