Lego Horizon Continues Aloy’s Run In The Spotlight
For the uninitiated, Horizon Adventures is exactly what its namesake applies. It’s a retelling of 2017’s Horizon Zero Dawn, except in Lego form.
While it may seem a bit strange to see Aloy and Thunderjaws in Lego form, Horizon has quickly cemented itself as one of Sony’s marquee titles since its initial debut. Aloy, in particular, has been one of PlayStation’s modern faces, having been part of collaborations with the likes of Monster Hunter, Fortnite and Genshin Impact.
More so, Lego and Horizon are no stranger to partnerships. In the past, a Tallneck model kit was released. In fact, in many ways, the two properties feel right at home with each other. And that is exactly what is on display in Lego Horizon Adventures, which was revealed to be coming to the Nintendo Switch as well as PlayStation platforms during Summer Game Fest.
As to why the game is also launching on Nintendo platforms, well, that still hasn’t been revealed. Whether it’s because of a marketing need on the part of Lego, or signs of a future partnership between two gaming giants, no one knows. What we do know is that Lego Horizon Adventures is coming in November, and it looks mighty fun.
