Three weeks afterimages of it leaked online, andtwo weeks on from Lego’s official reveal, the set based on the mansion from Disney’s hit animated show X-Men ‘97 is finally available to buy starting today. What’s more, if you buy it during its first week on sale, you’ll get a couple of smaller sets thrown in for free, one of which is also X-Men-themed and is unlikely to be sold separately.

Lego usually kicks off a new month by releasing new sets, and it also tends to start the month by giving away free sets with purchases over a certain amount, or when buyig certain sets. The X-Mansion set ticks both those boxes which means if you buy it between now and July 22, 2025, you will get two sets with it for free -the Books Are My Passion set for spending $130 or more, anda set modeled after Charles Xavier’s Cerebro for buying the X-Mansion.

There’s a third free set, the Entrance Gate, which customers get for free if they buy the new Lego Ideas Botanical Garden set by November 7.

The Cerebro set is 153 pieces and gives you a Lego Cerebro machine to go along with your X-Mansion, although it doesn’t look like it will be small enough to fit inside so may just have to sit nearby. The set comes with a Xavier Minifigure in a Lego wheelchair - meaning you will have two since the X-Mansion set has a Professor X too - and the transparent blue screen on Xavier’s Cerebro shows Jubilee.

The Books Are My Passion set isn’t Marvel-themed since it comes free with any Lego purchases over $130 between now and November 11, but again, that doesn’t mean it can’t be incorporated into your X-Mansion somehow. The set is slightly bigger at 285 pieces and comprises a bookcase with a ladder with a reading area at its base for your Minifigures to kick back with a good book.

As for the X-Mansion, the set is based on the iconic building’s appearance in X-Men ‘97 and is made up of 3,093 pieces. Seemingly one of the final big sets of the year for Legolaunching a year after its massive Avengers Tower set, once built, the ten Minifigures included will be able to do battle with a giant Lego Sentinel while protecting the Lego mansion they call home. The X-Mansion set is available now for $329.99 through the link above andcomes with the Cerebro set if bought by November 7, andthe Books Are My Passion set if bought by November 11.

X-Men: The X-Mansion Lego Set

Lego’s X-Mansion set is based on the way the building looks in X-Men ‘97 both inside and out. The mansion comes apart so the Minifigures can explore the rooms inside, or they can stay and fight the Lego Sentinel causing chaos outside. It’s more than 3,000 pieces and includes ten characters.
