We use the market value, as listed byTCGPlayer, to find the most valuable cards from this set.
10Silvers Rayleigh (Parallel) - $45.21
One Of The Best Red Boss Cards In A While
Rayleigh is one of the two Secret Rares in the set. While the other one, Kaido & Linlin, is a fun card, it is a bit gimmicky and hard to play. On the other hand, Rayleigh is an amazing staple card that every red deck will want at least three copies of.
Sadly, players and collectors who want max rarity will have to shell out a ton of cash for the manga rare, but for the general public, this parallel art will be just fine.
9Marco (Parallel) - $46.78
Shojo Love Interest Marco Will Swoon Everyone
The Whitebeard Pirates are one of the most popular crews in the One Piece world, and now, the second in command, Marco, has his own leader card. These leader cards usually feature the character drawn in Eiichiro Oda’s manga art style, but lately, Bandai has been branching out and commissioning artists to showcase their take on beloved characters like the phoenix himself.
Leaders are always a safe bet to purchase, as they retain their value and sometimes even go up in price depending on the leader’s tournament results.
8Tashigi (SP) - $54.59
Anti Meta Or Anti Blackbeard?
This Tashigi card is an oldie but a goodie. She comes straight from one of the first starter decks and is an excellent 2,000 counter, especially for Navy-based decks. This time, Tashigi gets the Special Rare treatment as a chase card within Two Legends.
With brand-new art and the iconic festival background, this card is sure to see a ton of play, especially with Blackbeard floating around in the meta. Even if you don’t care about competitive play, this card will look lovely in just about any collection binder page.
7Portgas.D.Ace (SP) $59.83
The Fiery Brother Gets A Reprint
Since the Whitebeard Pirates received support in this set, it makes perfect sense to include a reprint of rush Ace as a brand-new SP card. This card is integral to any Whitebeard strategy, and it works wonders in Marco, giving you that extra attack that you might need to close out the game.
The flames behind Ace are some of the best-looking in the entire lineup of festival cards. It’s only right to have the best card for the best boy in One Piece.
6Charlotte Pudding (Parallel) - $61.22
Love Her Or Hate Her, This Card Is Gorgeous
If you have read or watched theWhole Cake Island arc, then you’re aware of people’s mixed feelings when it comes to Pudding, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that this leader is one of the prettiest in the entire One Piece Card Game.
Pudding looks adorable and innocent, but with this card, you’ll be able to ruin your opponent’s day by constantly healing. The deck is not the best, but the art is what keeps the cost of this card quite high.
5Jewelry Bonney (SP) - $81.31
Still One Of The Best Searchers
Max Rarity Bonney… If You Don’t Count The Championship One. Bonney quickly became a fan-favorite as soon as she was shown during the Sabaody Archipelago arc in One Piece. Her return in Egghead made fans rejoice, so now they can spend quite a bit of money on a beautiful SP card.
Her tournament pack art is better, but having a full art of the pink-haired gal will be many players’ goals, as the Supernova package still houses some of the best cards in the game. Open up your wallet for the pizza queen!
4Charlotte Pudding (SP) - $90.54
Here Comes The Bride
The Charlotte Pudding searcher fromOP03has gotten tons of parallel arts throughout the sets and promotional events. Now fans of the Big Mom daughter can have an Special Rare of the card. The card features her with her bridal dress, a very popular look for her, with an adorable candy-ridden background.
It’s like Pudding is one Bandai’s favorite characters outside of Luffy, purely from how many different arts of her are already in the game. We are not complaining, though, as they are always gorgeous.
3Queen (SP) - $93.07
Draw And Block, What More Could You Ask For?
One of the cards that most players have been clamoring for a reprint is blocker Queen from theAnimal Kingdom Pirates Starter Deck. This card is a staple in just about any purple deck. A blocker that can dig deeper into your deck and find you pieces is a must-have.
The festival background on this card is not as stunning as the rest of the SPs in the set, but the utility alone will have people queuing up to purchase this card. Luckily, you don’t have to spend thousands on the championship version of this card now.
2Gecko Moria (SP) - $112.26
Return Your Used Up 2,000 Counters
For a while, players constantly wrote off Gecko Moria. They called it situational and unnecessary for the Donquixote Doflaming deck from OP01. Now that the deck has a ton of 2,000 counters that are also playable as attackers, Gecko Moria is a must in the deck.
The card feels like a purple card in the way that it can return stuff from the trash, and the purple-hued festival background doesn’t help its case. Doflamingo will surely continue receiving support, so this card will stay at the top for a long while.
1Silvers Rayleigh (Parallel) (Manga) - $331.83
Not As Popular, But Still An Excellent Manga Rare
Like every set in the One Piece Card Game, the Manga Rare is always going to be the most valuable card in the set. This time, it is one of the two secret rares, the powerful mentor, Silvers Rayleigh. This card doesn’t feature one of the most popular characters in the series, so it pales in comparison to something like Gear Five Luffy from OP05, but Rayleigh is a meta-defining card, meaning it’ll hold value for a while.
Sadly, being meta means you’ll need multiples of him, so here’s hoping you’re a collector rather than a player, or it’ll cost you a couple of months' rent.
