Summary
If you’ve not heard of Moo Deng, where have you been living? The little pygmy hippo went viral over the summer for being incredibly cute while having the most chaotic of energies. The hippo drew massive crowds at the Khao Kheow Open Zoo in Si Racha, to the point where time restrictions were put on visitors.
Now, in aNo Man’s Skycoincidence, a player has found a little alien that somewhat resembles the world’s most famous pygmy hippo.
“I Recently Discovered The Cutest Flying Blob In The Eissentam Galaxy”
Weird and wonderful creatures are nothing new in No Man’s Sky. There’s a whole universe out there populated with things that defy explanation, but this little one, discovered byReddit user FatQuack, might be the best in the game.
Described as “the cutest flying blob,” the creature doesn’t necessarily resemble Moo Deng anatomically. It has more of a trunk and seal-like feet than the Thai-based hippo. However, its shiny skin and big eyes give it a look that gives off an energy that’s all too similar. I wouldn’t be surprised if it started biting my leg or looking like it was about to have a full-blown crisis, like the hippopotamus whose name literally translates to ‘bouncy pork’.
This isn’t the first time Moo Deng has had an impact on a video game. Late last month, a hippo calf inFinal Fantasy 14skyrocketed in price because it resembled the real-life animal. The hippo minion roseby over 1,000 percent, increasing from 25,000 Gil to around 300,000.
