You’ll be spending a lot of time at The Lighthouse inDragon Age: The Veilguard, and that means you’ll want to discover all of its secrets. There are some hidden rooms and special rewards waiting for you in The Lighthouse, and for Rook to really feel at home there, you’ll want to check them out.
This is also the way toget the Nostalgia Trip Trophy/Achievement,although that is more about finding a different use for these hidden areas than using them for their desired purpose. Still, once you know what you’re doing, it’s relatively easy to do. And since you’re here, allow us to help you know what you’re doing.
How To Enter The Sealed Room At The Lighthouse
Thefirst hidden roomin the Lighthouse is accessed viasolving the statue puzzle. Wehave a lengthier breakdown here for finding them all,but the basics are there arethree pairs of statues at the Lighthouse, andyou need to make each pair look at each other.
Once you’ve done that,a Wisp will flow out of them and into the Lighthouse itself.Once all three have been done,head inside the Music Room, the first secret area of the Lighthouse.
How To Enter The Second Sealed Room At The Lighthouse
To get into the second room, you need to go via the first. In theMusic Room, there should be aWisp floating in the middle.If there is not, you willneed to complete a quest and then return. Once it appears,take it over to the Wisp Socketon the back wall to fill in one of the two.
Next,go outside to the pair of statues on the middle of the stairs. They should also havea Wisp floating between them. Grab it andtake it to the Socket,and aportal on the wall should open. Go through it, and straight in front of you there will beanother wall with a single Wisp Socket.
Interact with the Astrolabe at the bottom of these steps to get a discount on upgrades from the Caretaker
Turn right andgrab the Wisp at the bottom of the steps, then return andput it in the Socketto open a new portal. Open the chest on the roof (as a Rogue, we got anupgrade for Cold Steel), then activate thelaser beam with the nearby power crystal.Move the laser beam tohit the three power crystals on the roof(oneleft, onecentral, oneright), then go back through the portal and back to the main room.
You can nowenter the sealed room and open the chest- as a Rogue, we got anupgrade for the Focal Blade, as well as9 Ethric Remnant, 1,377 gold, and a Fen’Harel’s Mourning decor.
How To Get The Nostalgia Trip Trophy/Achievement
After going through the portal in the music room,head down the steps where you grabbed the Wisp for the second portal. Vaultover the wooden railing, and you will get theNosalgia Trip Trophy/Achievementas you land.
