However,Valveis a bit more on the ball here than it is with its other online games, as it rolls out a new update that focuses on keeping games fair. Better yet, it’s even letting players decide what happens to any cheaters who get caught. Now that the new update is live, anyone playing in a match with a cheater will be allowed to decide their fate: instantly ban them, or turn them into a frog....

Summary Dragon Age: The Veilguardis the first sequel in the seriesnot to carry over all of our characters from the previous games or most of their decisions. The only one who makes the cut is our Inquisitor,who we recreate in The Veilguard’s character creator, as well as input three of the decisions they made inDragon Age: Inquisition. While this rules out cameos and most references to the Hero of Ferelden and Hawke - protagonists ofDragon Age: OriginsandDragon Age 2respectively - BioWare has still managed to sneak one in for the Warden....

Summary Dragon Age: The Veilguardneeds to be a hit for developerBioWare. After two high-profile disasters in Mass Effect: Andromeda and Anthem, the studio needs a winner to remind everyone that it’s one of the best studios in the business when it comes to single player, narrative-driven RPGs. Dragon Age: The Veilguard is a great way to do that, and regardless of the game’s overall quality, it looks as though BioWare has a commercial success on the way....

Summary Dragon Age: The Veilguarddiffers slightly from the other games in the series in thatit’s got a pretty good character creator this time around. BioWare appears to have takenthe criticism of Dragon Age: Inquisition’s character creatorto heart, and will allow players to customize almost every aspect of their character in The Veilguard. As a result, a tremendous amount of work has gone into the game’s character creator, making sure that players from all walks of life can feel represented when making their characters, and one way that BioWare managed to do this was to use a character creator from another of publisher Electronic Arts' long-running series -The Sims....
