Pocketpair Denies It Is Working On A Palworld Anime
When discussing future Palworld projects with TheGamer, Pocketpair told me that, “We are very interested in the possibility of an anime adaptation, but there are no plans at the moment."
Despite having no current plans for a series, Pocketpair believes “The world and characters of Palworld would certainly lend themselves well to animation.” Because of this, the company says it is more than “open to exploring that possibility in the future.”

Pocketpair was"pleasantly surprised” by the game’s early success, which saw it hit overtwo million concurrent players on Steam, the third-highest-ever total, and sellthree million copies in just 48 hours.Given these numbers, it’s no surprise that the team is looking at ways to expand on the Palworld IP. However, things could hinge on the outcome of its ongoing lawsuit.
Last month, out of the blue,Nintendo and The Pokemon Company confirmed that it was suing the Pocketpairfor patent infringement, something thePalworld developers have vowed to fight, withsupport from the game’s loyal community.

WHERE TO PLAY
Palworld has been described as Pokemon with guns and well, it’s hard to argue with that. The game is very similar in nature to the Pokemon formula, tasking you with catching and working with monsters called Pals. There are key differences, though. Palworld is rooted in multiplayer, oh, and, unlike Pokemon, its Pals have guns.
