ThePokemonleaks continue, now revealing what appears to be early gameplay footage for an unannounced Pokemon game. According to those sorting through the leaks, this footage comes from Codename: Synapse,a project that was mentioned in previous leaks, and has been compared toSplatoon.

Pokemon leaker Centro Leaks has detailed the latest supposed findings, going through material that they believe is attached to Project Synapse. This includes early demos of the gameplay, as well as the reveal that, for the first time, players will be able to use guns - albeit the kind that you’d find in Splatoon.

Early Footage Of Unannounced Online Pokemon Game Leak Online

The thread goes over several pieces of material apparently included in the Game Freak leak. As well as the gameplay footage, we get some details on the game, giving us a better idea of what it will entail.

According to Centro, this game is currently known as Synapse but has also gone under the codename Rodeo. It apparently centres around riding Pokemon, a bit likePokemon Legends: Arceus, but on a larger scale. We’ll also be calming “rampaging” Pokemon to ride them, as seen in another piece of footage.

On top of this, the Pokemon will seemingly be customizable, as a leaked image shows different markings you can put on the ‘mon that you capture.

However, one of the more eye-catching reveals is that we’ll apparently be able to wield a gun. Admittedly, it looks more like a can of spray paint, adding to the fact that the game is described as Splatoon-inspired, but it’s still a new direction for the series.

Of course, Game Freak is yet to even confirm this game’s existence. Right now, all we know of it comes from this leak, which has also seemingly revealed multiple other projects, including the next generation of Pokemon. We’ll have to wait and see if these projects come to fruition.

In the meantime, leaked material continues to be shared online. Game Freak has acknowledged the situation, confirming that itsuffered a data breach in August of this year.
