This year has been absolutely stuff with great games, from big releases likeAstro BotandLike a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, tosmaller indies like Animal Well and Another Crab’s Treasure. Although 2024 is winding down now and there are only a few major titles left before we jump into 2025, there’s at least one more game you should keep an eye out for - Power Rangers: Rita’s Rewind.
Rita’s Rewind was first announced during this year’s Summer Game Festand stood out as one of the most exciting reveals of a rather dreary show. At the time, it was said to be releasing at some point in 2024, something that’s seemed a little less likely as we get closer to the end. Worry not, though, as Digital Eclipse has kept that promise with a December 10 release date for Power Rangers: Rita’s Rewind.

The release date for Rita’s Rewind was confirmed in abrand-new trailer for that just went live. The new trailer doesn’t show off much that we haven’t already seen before, but it does give us the best glimpse yet at the various different types of levels and gameplay styles before finally giving us a glimpse at Tommy Oliver’s roll in the game.
While a physical release isn’t currently on the cards, Digital Eclipse confirmed on Twitter thatit’s interested in doing one if there’s enough fan demand.
As a big beat-em-up fan, I’ve been excited about Rita’s Rewind ever since it was first revealed, buteven more so after getting the chance to play through a few levels at Gamescom earlier this year. That brief glimpse was enough to shoot it straight up my most-anticipated list, so I can’t wait to see how the full game turns out.
