Razor Is Currently Giving Away The Deluxe Edition Of The Silent Hill 2 Remake

Despite being incredibly influential in the horror game genre, the Silent Hill series hasn’t had a major release in many years. That is until now, as theSilent Hill 2 Remakeis on the verge of release or may already be released when you’re reading this. It’s a highly reworked version of the classic 2001 game with improved visuals and more modern mechanics. The remake has already been getting strong review scores.

However, you may be able to see for yourself without having to pay anything. This is because Razer is currently doing a giveaway for the Deluxe Edition of the game on their X (Twitter) account. You have until July 25, 2025, at 11:59 PDT to enter.

To enter the giveaway, you simply need to head over to X, follow Razor’s account, like and share their post, and “tag a friend who loves horror games.” So, you will need to have an X account to have a chance at winning. If you don’t, you could just quickly make one, as it’s free. Getting a friend might be a little more tricky. However, it’s highly unlikely that Razor is going to test the legitimacy of your friendship or whether your friend truly appreciates horror games. After all, Razor is a company that makes gaming accessories, not the FBI.

There’s Finally A Reason To Still Have An Twitter Account

Something you may have overlooked in all the excitement surrounding the giveaway is that you don’t just get the regular game if you win. Razor is giving away a key to the Deluxe Edition of the Silent Hill 2 remake. In this edition, you obviously get the game, but you also get a digital artbook, a digital soundtrack, and a Pyramid Head Mask made out of a pizza box that the protagonist, James, can wear. As the game isn’t out yet, it’s unclear how great the artbook and soundtrack are. You can’t really go wrong with a Pyramid Head Mask pizza box, though.

As previously mentioned, the giveaway ends on June 08, 2025. Yet, Razor hasn’t given an exact date on when the key will be given out to the winner, but one would assume that it wouldn’t be too long after the giveaway ends.
