With the release ofEA Sports FC 25officially here, the year kicks off with another free player card you’re able to earn by completing its associated objective challenge. Our first objective player of the standard release period is Benfica’s Nicolas Otamendi, the World Cup-winning Argentinian centre back.

While there’s no debating that Otamendi’s best days in the real world are behind him as he continues to get older, this card pays homage to the player’s incredible career thus far. While Otamendi is a solid presence for Benfica, his Road to the Knockouts objectives focus primarily on Otamendi’s successes with his National Team.

Victory Path

Win tenmatches while having a minimum ofthreeplayers fromArgentinain yourstarting 11.

While that may seem like a lot of work, the most important part of these objective challenges is putting in the time to prepare properly.

Since you likely need to switch your team sheet up a bit,you should first navigate to your Clubtab and edit yourSquadto include the required players in your starting 11.

The first stepfor any objective challenge is to assess what kinds of players you will need to include in your team.

While some objective challenges ask you merely to include certain players in your starting 11, others, like the Nicolas Otamendi RTTK challenge, require you to execute certain in-game feats to complete the challenge.

Given that you’llneed three Argentinian playersin your starting 11, the first thing you need to do is search your club for them,or head to the Transfer Marketif you don’t already own three cards you’re able to use.

You also need to score with your Argentinian players, somake sure you include either a striker or another attacker,so the player is frequently joining in on dangerous plays.

While you likely won’t be able to afford many options if you’re just starting EA FC 25 today, here are some ofthe best Argentinian players in EA FC 25:

Once you’ve picked out a roster of players who can help you score, the hardest part is out of the way, as you’ll only have a few small tasks to keep in mind as you play:

If you want to do this objectiveonline,it might be easier to build a full Argentinian team, so you don’t have to stress about making the final pass to score with the right player.

Group Reward

Once you finish the four objectives, you’ll be rewarded with a solid 85-rated Nicolas Otamendi card to add to you club. While he’s far from one ofthe best centre backs in EA FC 25,Otamendi is a solid starting option as you continue to build your side in the early stages.

Unfortunately,he doesn’t come with a PlayStyle Plus, leaving him feeling a little lackluster and likely to fall behind the curve as we approach the winter period.

However, Otamendi will provide solid services without costing you anything but time.
