The next Sonic Funko Pops, which are expected to go on sale later this week, bring two new Sonic and Shadow figures to the Blue Blur’s collection, as well asCream who gets her very first Pop. Cream is a rabbit who has been a part of the Sonic series for more than 20 years, debuting in Sonic Advance 2. Noteworthy right now after Sonic’s creators confirmed there aren’t plans to remaster the Sonic Advance games, but they would like there to be.
Cream, Shadow, and Sonic’s upcoming Funko Pops are a step above every Sonic Pop to have come before them because each comes with a Chao Bitty Pop. Cream gets the blue and yellow Cheese, the design that immediately springs to mind for a lot of people when they hear the word Chao, Sonic’s new Pop comes with a Hero Chao, and Shadow is accompanied by a rather grumpy-looking Dark Chao.

Shadow has been getting a lot of Sega’s Sonic focus in 2024 to prepare for the black and red hedgehog’s cinematic debut inSonic The Hedgehog 3which hits cinemas this December. Rumors that Keanu Reeves will voice Shadow wereconfirmed via Sonic 3’s first trailerwhen it debuted at the end of August. There’s alsoSonic x Shadow Generationsstill to come between now and Sonic 3’s release which is a remastered version of Sonic Generations with added Shadow content.
