The more ways Sega celebrates that, the better, and it has been celebrating Shadow a lot during the build to this game. The celebrations haven’t ended just because the game is finally here either as pre-orders are now open for a very special First 4 Figures statue based on Shadow’s look in the game.
If you’ve seen a high-quality video game statue, then there’s a strong chance First 4 Figures is the company behind it. Responsible for the recently revealedGreat Grey Wolf Sif statue, andthe Gravity Suit Samus statueI fight the urge to buy every single day, First 4 Figures' Shadow Evolved offeringfeatures the brooding black and red hedgehog equipped with the Doom Powershe discovers in his portion of Sonic x Shadow Generations.
The statue catches Shadow in an action pose, striking the floor after presumably flying high above it using the wings he’s granted via the aforementioned doom powers. The Shadow statue’s well-placed kick has Black Doom on the other end of it, so much power behind the move that it appears to have embedded the Shadow Generations boss in the ground, and bolts of electricity generated by the collision are shooting up out of the ground, incorporated into the statue’s design.

The Exclusive Edition Costs More, But It Lights Up
Between it being a First 4 Figures creation and an officially licensed product tied to a brand new game, making one of these Shadow Evolved statues your own is going to cost you.Priced at $440, if you pre-order the regular version of the statue before the end of October,you will get it for $30 less at $410. There’s alsoa slightly more expensive exclusive edition of the statue for $470- $435 if you buy it during the promotional period - that has LEDs installed so the electricity around its base lights up.
Even though the countdown on the First 4 Figures site indicates the promotional period ends at the end of October, the product description notes that pre-orders will be available for less until July 01, 2025. It’s unclear which of the dates is a mistake.
The Shadow Evolved statueswon’t ship until at least this time next year, but there are plenty of other ways to fill the Shadow-shaped hole in your life until then.Pre-orders for a much cheaper Shadow action figurewith a similar design to the higher quality, more detailed First 4 Figures statue are still open. We’ve also still got Shadow’s big screen arrival in Sonic 3 to look forward to as well, and the introduction ofa Super Shadow Minifigure in Sonic’s next Lego setsreleasing in 2025.

First 4 Figures' Shadow Evolved statue is based on Shadow’s design in Sonic x Shadow Generations. The collectible depicts Shadow using his Doom Powers, complete with his Doom Wings unfurled, to kick Black Doom into the ground. The bolts of electricity light up via LEDs in the exclusive edition.
