Summary

Stellar Bladereceived a new update yesterday, adding some quality-of-life features and bug fixes. However, there’s one part of the update that’s gotten more attention to the rest: some changes made to the game’s physics. And yes, that means exactly what you think it does.

As of the latest update, Stellar Blade’s physics now handles Eve’s, uh,assetsa little differently. In an example shared by developer Shift Up, we can see that Eve’s arms no longer clip into her chest when she’s bending down - which, of course, means she presses the girls together instead. All in the name of realism, I’m sure.

Stellar Blade Update Makes Physics Changes

You can check out thepatch notesfrom Shift Up here, but fans are quickly sharing their own finds online. As you can see below, the changes made to Stellar Blade’s physics affect one part of Eve in particular, and I think it’s fair to say that the devs knew what they were doing here.

Fans of attractive robots have had a lot to be happy about lately. AtSony’s recent State of Play, it was revealed thatStellar Blade is getting a Nier Automata crossover. There’s no release date for this collaboration, but it looks like it will add new skins into the game, obviously including a 2B outfit for Eve. It was also revealed that Stellar Blade is getting a photo mode, which I’m frankly surprised it didn’t have already.
